Writing Overview 
 
This introductory course will introduce you to the world of writing. A brief but thorough run down of what it takes to be a writer--from concept to contract and beyond. This class will be held on two Mondays from 6:30pm - 8:30pm. $25.00 Fee covers both Mondays. Light refreshments will be served.5114 SW Scholls Ferry Road - Rec Room. Room for 20 students. 2 Instructors.
Online rate $25.00 - no refreshments/ Chat room format. Transcript of lecture will be emailed following class. Over the phone follow up available at no extra fee for online students. All payments due prior to start of class. (Paypal accepted)
 
Character / Plot Development: Pt 1: creating a world and its people
 
Have you ever people watched and wondered--what if? What if that ordinary looking man you saw walking his dog was really a superhero? Ever wonder--what if there was life on mars? What if someone really was locked in the walls of your home--trapped alive and all this time you thought it was the pipes going ... bump in the night. What if? This course is part of a series on character and plot development. The two go hand in hand in every great book and so why not learn the secrets to doing both well--at the same time.
